Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for damaged or poor-quality items if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Process: Contact Freshnta support to initiate a return. Include photos of the product if it’s damaged or spoiled.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days upon return approval. Refunds apply only to the purchase amount, excluding delivery fees.

Exclusions: Perishable items that meet our freshness standards upon delivery are non-refundable unless damaged.
